Streetlab, son nouveau concept de restaurant<\/h2>\n

Le chef Juan Arbelaez surfe sur les nouvelles tendances depuis la crise sanitaire. Ce lundi 8 f\u00e9vrier, le groupe Eleni, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans la restauration moderne, lance sa Dark Kitchen \u00ab\u00a0StreetLab\u00a0\u00bb. Derri\u00e8re ce groupe\u00a0? Juan Arbelaez\u00a0!<\/p>\n

StreetLab est un concept uniquement destin\u00e9 \u00e0 la vente \u00e0 emporter. Les plats de quatre restaurants virtuels y sont propos\u00e9s\u00a0: Yaya to go, Little Cocotte, Pola bowl & fishbar et Gran Burger. Tous sont disponibles en Click & Collect ou via les applications de livraison \u00e0 domicile comme Deliveroo<\/a> ou Uber Eats<\/a>. Dans cet \u00e9tablissement\u00a0: pas de tables, uniquement des tabourets afin de manger sur le pouce, \u00e0 l\u2019image du street food, tout comme sa d\u00e9coration.<\/p>\n

En plus de sa Dark Kitchen, Juan Arbelaez a aussi rachet\u00e9 un restaurant d\u2019un c\u00e9l\u00e8bre cuisinier du petit \u00e9cran. Les deux chefs s\u2019\u00e9taient d\u00e9j\u00e0 rencontr\u00e9s lors de la saison 3 de Top Chef. Juan Arbelaez et Norbert Tarayre ont gard\u00e9 contact depuis. C\u2019est en 2019 que Juan ach\u00e8te le restaurant \u00ab\u00a0Ma Cocotte\u00a0\u00bb situ\u00e9 dans le Nord de Paris, \u00e9tablissement qui appartenait \u00e0 son comparse Norbert\u00a0!<\/p>\n

Ma Cocotte est un restaurant embl\u00e9matique dans le quartier de Saint-Ouen, notamment pour son design. En 2010, c\u2019est le c\u00e9l\u00e8bre architecte Philippe Starck<\/a> qui red\u00e9core l\u2019\u00e9tablissement. A Juan, \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, d\u2019y pr\u00e9parer des bons petits plats d\u00e8s l\u2019ouverture des restaurants en 2021.<\/p>\n
