L\u2019ouverture de nouveaux h\u00f4tels de luxe malgr\u00e9 la crise sanitaire<\/h2>\n

La pand\u00e9mie que traverse le monde actuellement a frein\u00e9 de nombreux secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9. Ce n\u2019est pas le cas au niveau de l\u2019h\u00f4tellerie de luxe \u00e0 Rouen. C\u2019est notamment dans cette p\u00e9riode difficile que la r\u00e9gion va recevoir quatre h\u00f4tels 4 \u00e9toiles. Ces \u00e9tablissements luxueux seront la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 de Rouen Normandie dont la pr\u00e9sidente est Christine de Cintr\u00e9. Selon cette derni\u00e8re, la cr\u00e9ation de ces sites vise \u00e0 maintenir le patrimoine b\u00e2ti. La pr\u00e9sidente a continu\u00e9 en indiquant que ces h\u00f4tels de luxe viendraient \u00e9galement satisfaire une client\u00e8le exigeante.<\/p>\n

Il faut indiquer que parmi les \u00e9tablissements qui seront construits, le plus embl\u00e9matique reste s\u00fbrement le Hyatt Place<\/a>. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un h\u00f4tel 4 \u00e9toiles qui sera b\u00e2ti sur le site qui abrite actuellement l\u2019ancienne \u00e9cole normale d\u2019institutrices.<\/p>\n

Des h\u00f4tels luxueux pour un projet ambitieux<\/h2>\n

La construction de ces h\u00f4tels fait partie d\u2019un projet qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 baptis\u00e9 \u00ab L\u2019\u00c9cole Buissonni\u00e8re \u00bb. Il faut dire que ce projet qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 depuis 1961 \u00e0 Rouen est assez exceptionnel. Pour la simple raison qu\u2019il comprend la mise sur pied d\u2019un parc urbain, d\u2019une terrasse panoramique, d\u2019un restaurant, d\u2019un spa et de l\u2019h\u00f4tel Hyatt Place.<\/p>\n

Cet ensemble tiendra sur une superficie de 6 500 m\u00b2 sur laquelle seront \u00e9galement construits des bureaux. La structure qui va lancer la construction de l\u2019h\u00f4tel Hyatt Place compte d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 son actif 5 h\u00f4tels. Parmi ces \u00e9tablissements, on retrouve 4 h\u00f4tels de 4 \u00e9toiles (le Best Western, le Radisson Blu, le Hyatt Place et le 105) et un de 5 \u00e9toiles, l\u2019H\u00f4tel de Bourgtheroulde<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Si l\u2019agence Rouen Normandie souhaite s\u2019agrandir, c\u2019est pour accueillir les touristes japonais et am\u00e9ricains. \u00c0 en croire les dires de la pr\u00e9sidente Christine de Cintr\u00e9, ces derniers viennent uniquement pour voir les peintres impressionnistes, Jeanne d\u2019Arc ainsi que le patrimoine gothique civil.
