Cette activit\u00e9 est en plein essor et requiert de plus en plus une main-d\u2019\u0153uvre comp\u00e9tente. C’est dans ce sillage que Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort<\/a> ouvre son Centre de Formation par Apprentissage dans le but d’apprendre aux jeunes ce m\u00e9tier en pleine expansion.<\/p>\n

Un complexe h\u00f4telier de 5 \u00e9toiles situ\u00e9 \u00e0 Casablanca<\/h2>\n

Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort est un magnifique complexe h\u00f4telier 5 \u00e9toiles situ\u00e9 environ \u00e0 1 h de l\u2019a\u00e9roport international Mohammed V de Casablanca. Il se situe sur la c\u00f4te ouest du Maroc face \u00e0 l’oc\u00e9an Atlantique. En plus de profiter d’un excellent emplacement en bord de mer, Mazagan est \u00e9galement proche de deux grandes villes de l’UNESCO<\/a> : Azemmour et El Jadida.<\/p>\n

En plus de ses services, le Mazagan offre aux jeunes de la r\u00e9gion la possibilit\u00e9 de se former en h\u00f4tellerie.<\/p>\n

Une formation en H\u00f4tellerie pour les jeunes de 17 \u00e0 30 ans<\/h2>\n

\u00c0 l’endroit des jeunes de la r\u00e9gion d’El Jadida, le Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort lance son Centre de Formation par Apprentissage (CFA). Nomm\u00e9 Mazagan Academy, le centre d\u00e9sire recruter une soixantaine de jeunes d’ici le 14 janvier.<\/p>\n

L’\u00e2ge requis est de 17 \u00e0 25 ans respectivement dans des fili\u00e8res telles que la cuisine et la restauration. Quant \u00e0 la fili\u00e8re service d’\u00e9tage, l’\u00e2ge maximum est de 30 ans. Pour cette premi\u00e8re promotion, de 2021 \u00e0 2022, Mazagan Academy classera 20 candidats par fili\u00e8re sur les soixante s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Les candidats s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront d’une prise en charge pour le transport et la restauration. Le Mazagan Academy prendra aussi en charge l’uniforme et tout le mat\u00e9riel d’apprentissage n\u00e9cessaire. Une \u00e9quipe dynamique, constitu\u00e9e de professionnels, sera \u00e0 la disposition des apprenants. Une combinaison de 20 % de formation acad\u00e9mique et de 80 % de pratiques professionnelles sera attribu\u00e9e aux apprenants couronn\u00e9s par un dipl\u00f4me reconnu. La formation d\u00e9butera en avril 2021.<\/p>\n
