L\u2019\u00c9dition 2021 du livre sorti le 4 septembre dernier a inscrit dans ses pages <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lesgrandsbuffets.com\/fr\">Les Grands Buffets<\/a> de Narbonne. Le restaurant fran\u00e7ais a \u00e9t\u00e9 consacr\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son plateau de fromages.<\/p>\n<h2>Le plus grand plateau de fromages dans un restaurant au monde<\/h2>\n<p>Ce qui a propuls\u00e9 le restaurant Les Grands Buffets \u00e0 Narbonne dans le Guinness World records, c\u2019est qu\u2019il propose le plateau de fromages le plus grand du monde. Cette d\u00e9cision a \u00e9t\u00e9 rendue officielle \u00e0 Paris, lors du salon de l\u2019agriculture, le samedi 22 f\u00e9vrier 2020, par Didier Guillaume, <a href=\"https:\/\/agriculture.gouv.fr\/\">ministre de l\u2019Agriculture<\/a>. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une prouesse exceptionnelle dans le domaine de la restauration. Le plateau en question mesure pr\u00e8s de 30 m\u00e8tres, constitu\u00e9 de 111 fromages.<\/p>\n<p>Baptis\u00e9 en d\u00e9cembre 2018, ce plateau a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 par les Meilleurs Ouvriers de France Fromagers, Louis Privat et Xavier Thuret. La conception de ce plateau de 111 fromages du restaurant Les Grands Buffets \u00e0 Narbonne a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 au moins quatre ans de travail. Le prix du menu unique est de 37\u20ac90.
