{"id":264,"date":"2020-12-29T10:13:21","date_gmt":"2020-12-29T09:13:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.materiel-horeca.com\/news\/?p=264"},"modified":"2021-01-27T10:49:32","modified_gmt":"2021-01-27T09:49:32","slug":"restauration-le-label-national-anti-gaspillage-alimentaire-lance","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.materiel-horeca.com\/news\/restauration-le-label-national-anti-gaspillage-alimentaire-lance\/","title":{"rendered":"Restauration : le label national \u00ab anti-gaspillage alimentaire \u00bb lanc\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Pour lutter contre le gaspillage alimentaire dans la restauration collective et distribution alimentaire, le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gouvernement.fr\/\">gouvernement fran\u00e7ais<\/a> a annonc\u00e9 le 28 d\u00e9cembre le lancement d\u2019un label national \u00ab\u00a0anti-gaspillage alimentaire\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h2>Lutter contre le gaspillage alimentaire et promouvoir l\u2019\u00e9conomie circulaire<\/h2>\n<p>Dans le cadre du Plan Climat pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par le gouvernement le 23 avril 2018, la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/jorf\/id\/JORFTEXT000041553759\/\">loi n\u00b02020-105 du 10 f\u00e9vrier 2020<\/a> vise \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre des mesures pour favoriser l\u2019\u00e9conomie circulaire.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9conomie circulaire est un nouveau mod\u00e8le \u00e9conomique qui vise \u00e0 limiter la consommation et le gaspillage alimentaire. Les biens et services produits durablement emp\u00eacheront la production excessive de d\u00e9chets. Le label \u00ab\u00a0anti-gaspillage alimentaire\u00a0\u00bb orientera la consommation des fran\u00e7ais.<\/p>\n<p>Les secteurs touch\u00e9s par ce d\u00e9cret sont la restauration collective et la distribution alimentaire.
