Ceux-ci ont bien besoin de soutien apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 frapp\u00e9s par la crise sanitaire. L\u2019objectif est simple : offrir une vitrine aux restaurateurs ind\u00e9pendants pour leur permettre de dynamiser la vente \u00e0 emporter aupr\u00e8s de tous les fran\u00e7ais.<\/p>\n<h2>Un appel \u00e0 l\u2019aide envoy\u00e9 aux Maires de France<\/h2>\n<p>Alors que la date du 20 janvier 2021 fix\u00e9e par le gouvernement semble s\u2019\u00e9loigner de plus en plus, cette initiative traduit un r\u00e9el besoin pour la restauration de se r\u00e9inventer.<\/p>\n<p>METRO France, le GNI, l\u2019UMIH et la CGAD, ont donc \u00e9crit une lettre ouverte \u00e0 destination au Pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019AMF (Association des Maires de France), \u00e0 la Pr\u00e9sidente des Villes de France, aux Pr\u00e9sidents de l\u2019APVF (Association des Petites Villes de France), de l\u2019AMRF (Association des Maires Ruraux de France) et du S\u00e9nat afin d\u2019aider les restaurateurs \u00e0 continuer de proposer leurs produits. La solution passe donc par la mise \u00e0 disposition d\u2019un emplacement sur les march\u00e9s locaux ou l\u2019organisation de march\u00e9s \u00e9ph\u00e9m\u00e8res d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 la restauration ind\u00e9pendante. Le tout, dans le strict respect des mesures sanitaires.<\/p>\n<h2>Exploiter la visibilit\u00e9 des march\u00e9s locaux<\/h2>\n<p>Avec pas moins de 10.000 march\u00e9s locaux recens\u00e9s en France, les restaurateurs ont un \u00e9norme potentiel pour dynamiser leur visibilit\u00e9 et r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la forte de demande de restauration. Ils n\u2019auraient ensuite plus qu\u2019\u00e0 s\u2019y installer et proposer des produits \u00e0 emporter aux visiteurs.<\/p>\n<p>En cette fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e cruciale pour les restaurateurs, METRO France et ses associ\u00e9s ont d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 garanti aux restaurateurs un soutien en termes de relais et communication aupr\u00e8s du grand public, et d\u2019animation des emplacements d\u00e9di\u00e9s sur les march\u00e9s.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/metrocashandcarryfrance\/photos\/a.511955585602487\/2083087858489244\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\"
