Bonne nouvelle pour les professionnels CHR, le plus grand salon mondial de la restauration, de l\u2019h\u00f4tellerie et de l\u2019alimentation aura finalement bien lieu cette ann\u00e9e. Apr\u00e8s plusieurs reports en raison de la pand\u00e9mie, le salon SIRHA<\/a> de Lyon se d\u00e9roulera du 23 au 27 septembre 2021.<\/p>\n

Initialement pr\u00e9vu pour janvier 2021<\/h2>\n

Le SIRHA, bas\u00e9 \u00e0 Lyon, est l\u2019un des plus grands salons pour le secteur CHR. C\u2019est l\u2019occasion pour les professionnels de d\u00e9crypter la Food Planet et son \u00e9volution autour d\u2019ateliers et de conf\u00e9rences. C\u2019est aussi l\u2019occasion pour eux de nouer des nouveaux contacts d\u2019affaires.<\/p>\n

Organis\u00e9 tous les deux ans, le salon a \u00e9t\u00e9 contraint d\u2019\u00eatre report\u00e9, \u00e0 deux reprises, en raison de la crise sanitaire. Initialement pr\u00e9vu pour janvier 2021, le SIRHA a d\u2019abord \u00e9t\u00e9 report\u00e9 pour printemps, puis en automne 2021.<\/p>\n

Olivier Ginon, PDG de GL Events, organisateur de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement explique les raisons\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0 En reprenant nos activit\u00e9s salons, nous r\u00e9affirmons avec force notre engagement et notre compr\u00e9hension des changements culturels inh\u00e9rents aux m\u00e9tiers de nos clients et au secteur de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nementiel. Je comprends cependant les craintes, je les partage en tant que chef d\u2019entreprise \u2013 nous sommes l\u00e0 avant tout pour prot\u00e9ger nos \u00e9quipes. C\u2019est pourquoi nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de maintenir le Sirha Lyon en 2021 tout en am\u00e9nageant de nouvelles dates qui nous permettent d\u2019envisager sereinement la tenue de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement capital pour accompagner l\u2019activit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Le salon aura finalement bien lieu du 23 au 27 septembre 2021 avec plus de 3000 exposants.<\/p>\n
